Focusing on the future – Werkzeugbau Wolframm GmbH goes Kremann and Esser

By acquiring the Werkzeugbau Wolfram GmbH, we are expanding our service portfolio and securing our sustainable market position.

Acquisition on 01.12.2019

Bundling competences, safeguard jobs and rising to the challenge of the market: Franz-Peter Esser, CEO of Kremann and Esser GmbH and Co. KG, and Martin Witulski, CEO of Werkzeugbau Wolframm GmbH, have decided in favor of this approach. In the course of a successor agreement, Kremann and Esser integrated the entire team of Werkzeugbau Wolframm GmbH into their own company on 01.12.2019. The employees are assigned according to their previous activities and production processes.

Expansion of the portfolio & growth

High quality injection molds – the core business of Werkzeugbau Wolframm GmbH – complement our previous service portfolio meaningfully and create growth potential. The combination of many years of experience and competences will enable us to fulfill the requirements of our customers, to broaden our range of services and to develop new markets in the future. The construction of the injection molds and blow molds is done jointly. Thanks to the similar products of our two companies and the complementary services, the employees of both companies as well as the customers and the location Kierspe benefit from the merger.

Combining forces for the future

As a contact person, Martin Witulski from Werkzeugbau Wolframm GmbH is still available to employees, customers and suppliers in another function within Kremann and Esser.
